Dan's did an excellent job of checking my heating system, installing a new thermostat and, explaining how everything worked. Great company with excellent customer service.Glen was honeslty one of the best technicians I have ever met and worked with! Even though the problem was just a fluke on our end, Glen went above and beyond to ensure the system was in working order. He even went as far to do research on our unit and provide as much information as he could to help prepare us for any problems that may arise for the future. I would absolutely recommend this company for any problems or unit maintenance.They did a great job helping me when my AC died and I needed a replacement for that as well as the furnace. Earl helped me get a good deal, and Chris and Sam worked like lightning to get the system installed.We recently needed to replace our three heating and air systems. We had never used Dan’s Heating and Cooling before. While researching our vendor choices, Dan’s reviews were so positive we decided to get a bid. Adrian was amazing to work with. He was so knowledgable and patient as he explained several options that could meet our needs. Anytime we called with questions, he responded very quickly! Trevor and Sam installed our systems over three days and were so friendly and helpful, answering our questions and finding creative ways to tackle challenges that our older home presented. They were prompt, focused, and even stayed into the evening hours on a Friday night, just to wrap up the job! When we had a question two weeks later, Connor came out immediately and was able to address our needs. He is such a nice young man and so helpful. Besides having quality equipment and professional installation; what impressed is the most was that every person we interacted with at Dan’s was exceptionally friendly and customer service-oriented: We will always use and recommend Dan’s In the future. They are a stand-out company!!From Earl answering all my questions and not making me feel dumb. To the guys that did the installation taking time to show me how everything works and explaining things. What an awesome experience! Very nice and professional. Thank you guys so much!I will definitely call them again. They made it easier to cope with being without Air Conditioning during 98 degree weather. People were helpful. Office staff very friendly.We had our hot water heater replaced. The installation team was great , very knowledgeable and polite!In the depths of the horrendously HOT summer, AC doesn't work! Dan's got us in and got it up and running again! In addition our mini-split unit decided to act up at the same time. Glen did really good job educating us on things that will help in the long run. Always excellent service from Dan's!!Awesome communication and service!!! My old AC went out on a Saturday and they immediately sent portable cooling units to tide me over until they could get out that next week to install a whole new system. Earl is the man!!!Glen visited our location today for regular maintenance and inspection. He is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain to you whats going on with your system in perfect detail. Aside from the work done he is kind, and easy to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, always willing to go beyond just getting the job done to explaining and troubleshooting! He is an asset to the company and a reason that we use Dan’s Heating and Air for our climate needs. The phone receptionists/schedulers are bar none! They are always so kind and responsive! Glen was exceptional at explaining the issues at hand, educating me on the reasons why issues were occurring, and multiple things to watch out for going forward. Thank you, Glen!Same day service on a blown out capacitor was extraordinary. This is why i will continue to use Dans Heating and Cooling.Our 11-year old hot water tank went out and rapidly poured water thru the bottom. Fortunately I was home and shut it off. Made a couple urgent calls, and Dan’s Heating & Cooling provided a fair estimate and rapid response; actually same-day service. From the team coordination with Sondra, and the technical expertise from Josh, our emergency was addressed in a timely manner, placing our household back to normal conditions in a few hours. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. They took the time to protect our home by putting tarps down, kept everything clean while they worked, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. What impressed me most was the quality of the workmanship. You can tell there was real pride in the craftsmanship. The installation in our basement looks so clean and well done that I jokingly tell people I have a piece of art down there. It really does look fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was polite, respectful, and professional, and the new system is working great. I would definitely recommend Dan’s Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for quality work done the right way.I called them for the first time when our AC fan motor went out. They got someone out same day, right before a holiday weekend, and got us fixed up for a reasonable price. Connor was the tech that came out, and he was really great. First, he was technically competent and you could tell he enjoys his craft. Second, he was informative about the what and why without being patronizing or dismissive of questions. Third, he didn't out me to my wife or mother in law for forgetting to clean the unit and contributing to the problem. 10/10 experience, will recommend them to anyone who is looking for HVAC from now on.Service rep was personable and explained in “layman” terms what went wrong. I've tried several plumbing companies in the past, but Dan's takes the pride as the best in town.Very satisfied with the installation of a new hot water tank. Josh P was our plumber, he was very knowledgeable, professional, took his time and was neat. Better installation than when the house was built. Dan’s H & C have been quick to respond and personnel are courteous, very knowledgeable and desire to please. I would never hesitate to recommend them.Dan's installed a brand new unit in my house. Install crew was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience. Needed a tweak to settings a week later and James came to help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made sense to a non HVAC person. If you need an HVAC tech, call Dan's, ask for James!I called late in the afternoon saying my A/C was not blowing cold and the fan was not running. They came out first thing the next morning. Technician, Gabe, figure out the problem in the first 20 minutes (bad contractor). Replaced it and system is up and running again. Gabe was super nice and explained everything he saw at every step. Price for the house call and fix was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend to others and will be my first call if anything happens in the future with my HVAC.It was a complete pleasure to have Dan’s heating and cooling install our new AC and furnace. They were efficient, Courteous, hard-working, and friendly. 3 Guy came out and they were awesome. Would definitely recommend this company and specifically the three guys! :)We wanted to say how happy we were with Dan's Heating and cooling. I knew them to be a long time name in Wichita and our unit is fairly old and I just knew they had the knowledge to service it.
